Anyone who has been to Korea will attest to its barbecue/grill loving culture. 구이 means grill. See it on a sign, and more often that not the restaurant will enable customers to grill their own meat. In the case of the above sign, the 전문 (specialty) is cooked fish (생선). As for the word 도야지 on the sign above, I’m not sure what it means, so leave a comment if you do.

Th above establishment uses a traditional charcoal briquettes (연탄) to power its grills.
왕 means King. 소금 means salt. This type of 소금구이 restaurant is particularly popular in the Seogang University area of Seoul.
